Name Your Floor's return policy is as follows.
Any material that is defective or damaged can be returned and Name Your Floor will contact the
Manufacturer and re-order the material.
NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS on any purchase once the material has been ordered and paid for.
A 25% re-stocking fee will be charged if a purchase is cancelled after the material has been delivered.
Name Your Floor works closely with it's customers to insure that the customer has seen and is fully
informed and aware of the product they have ordered.
Name Your Floor wants all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase and will work
diligently to avoid any surprises when the product arrives. Communication is the Key
